We're happy to help all our customers as part of the included fees - but for some customers there's a lot of custom development required, above & beyond the simple setup & deployment of your regions.
For this reason, we have several individuals capable of providing concise & effective help with OpenSimulator. For customers, if this relates to your packages with us - we'll even discount the rate pretty significantly.
This rate only covers custom work - technical support with your regions operations is, and will remain free.
- Customer Package Rate - $25.00/hr
- Standard Rate - $60.00/hr
- Maximum Amount based on estimated time provided with each quote
What can we provide?
Web Frontend Customisation - Web Design & Programming to customise your grid's front end. Everything from modifying wiredux, to deploying the same Elgg backend we developed for OSgrid. We can also integrate logins for a variety of platforms.
Viewer URI & Login Screen Customisation - We charge a one-time fee of US$50 for login screen customisation & default login URI changes. (Note: this work is performed by a seperate preferred contractor.)
Custom Module Programming - We helped build OpenSim, and have a strong understanding of it's internals. If you need something custom performed - we can provide the services.
Custom Building - Through our own teams, and those we have availible to us, we can perform custom building of your virtual environments at reasonable rates.
