Since launching, we have noticed several people have been reselling our premium plans as a collection of smaller regions to other users.
This practice is perfectly acceptable to us providing you are capable of managing customer resources and ensuring that your package usage remains less than the package limits.
To help people reselling our services, we have launched a new discount plan for resold premium packages based on the number maintained in your account.

Limitations of the Premium Package
- Up to Four Regions in a single instance - A major crash on one of the four regions may affect the other regions.
- Resources are shared between all regions - The amount of memory and processor time allocated to the package is shared between all the regions within. As a very rough guideline, a premium package with a single region can handle 15,000 primitives with 40 avatars without overflowing the limits.
- Customer Service - Customer Service is not availible to sublet accounts and may be only accessed by the reseller and the resellers staff; as a reseller you are expected to handle customer service for your customers directly.
- Security Sandbox - All the shared regions will be located within a single security sandbox and database; for customers wishing greater security please place them into a seperate package.
- One Grid For All - All the shared regions must be located on the same grid.
